Project Managers Only (PMO) is a sub-division of Pinnacle Project Partners.  As the name indicates, we focus on and specialize in project/program management, general contracting, and the staffing of program and project managers for most any initiative with particular emphasis in the IT and Construction industries.  Our prototypical PM's have deep domain knowledge in their industries, are able to structure and lead effective teams, are thoughtful and thorough planners, are excellent facilitators and presenters, and are typically Type A (assertive, proactive, detailed-oriented) personalities.  They organize, plan, drive and deliver.   Let us help you organize and deliver your project, or find the right individuals or a full project management team to meet your needs. 

Verify Test Services is a sub-division of Pinnacle Project Partners.  This division focuses on consulting and staffing services pertaining to IT software, product, and application quality assurance testing.  From systems and functional testing, load and performance testing, test automation, and user acceptance testing, our resources can help ensure your application is production-ready.  Depending on your project, we can assist with individual resources or structuring a team that fits your needs.

Specify IT is sub-division of Pinnacle Project Partners.  This division focuses on consulting and the staffing of Business, Systems, and Product Analyst that "specify" the vision, capabilities, and requirements of your IT application or system.  We understand the importance of an analyst having deep domain experience and be naturally inquisitive understanding the "what" AND the "why" behind requirements in order to be most effective.  We provide analyst that can utilize multiple techniques (written, graphical, tabular, diagrams, use cases, etc.) to convey information needed by implementation and development teams.  Let Specify IT help you find the right individual or team for your projects.
